HOLISTIC ADDICTION RECOVERY COACH CERTIFICATION WEEKEND WORKSHOP
(12 hours coursework with David with 24 hours of program
assignments to be completed over a 4-6 week period of

The world of Addiction Recovery has changed dramatically
over the years, and we are excited to offer a program
that will teach you the keys to implement a recovery
approach that will include the whole person, a truly
holistic certification program that will include the
following:
PROGRAM: This program was designed with David's 20 years
of addiction recovery work one on one with clients, his
own personal experiences of recovery from several
addictions, and his intense study in the fields of
spirituality (including meditation, prayer, unique
spiritual paths for every individual, and full
surrender), emotional recovery and freedom,
family/environment/peer pressure causes of addiction,
The first 3 steps of 12 Step program, nutritional
supplementation for brain chemistry balance, exercise,
behavior change techniques, resentment release/deep
forgiveness work, cross addiction, the power of writing
and recovery, accountability procedures, the underlying
cause of all addictions, aftercare implementation and
much, much more.
Types of addictions to be discussed area alcohol, drugs,
food, smoking, sexual, thoughts, religion/spirituality,
behavior, beliefs and more. This course would be
suitable not only for those who would like to become
holistic recovery coaches, but also, parents, therapists, teachers, nurses ,
ministers, life coach's, other addiction recovery specialists,
police, firefighters, EMS, counselors, athletic coach's,
partner's of those struggling with addictions and anyone
who has a desire to know more about this incredible new
field of treatment.
The face of addiction is ever changing, and the shame of
admitting that we even have an addiction of any type
keeps millions of people in the USA chained to habits,
substances and behaviors that keeps them from living a
joyful happy and successful life for years and years.
Through the power of our life coaching program, this
does not have to be the case anymore.
David Essel, Master Life Coach and
Hay House author, has developed a program that helps to
